Bombo
Bombo showcases house-made pastas and woodstone oven-baked pizzas, where Italian technique is interjected with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Large bi-fold Douglas fir doors open to the convention center’s 9th Street plaza from the corner Summit building. A dining room and downstairs Bar at Bombo provide two bars with craft cocktails, beer and wine; vegan and gluten-free substitutions are available.
