Saishin at the Gansevoort
Saishin at the Gansevoort is a rooftop omakase by Kissaki, the Michelin-rated sushi restaurant with outposts in New York and the Hamptons. Seating for fifty includes a sixteen-seat omakase counter; a bespoke Kissaki menu honors Japanese technique, mindful sourcing and attention to the seasons. An open-air coffee and cocktails café serves sandwiches, light bites and evening cocktails.
