Ploume at The Ivory Peacock

Ploume is a subterranean social club beneath The Ivory Peacock, furnished with custom Timothy Oulton pieces and bars by Tobin Ellis. Chef Grayson Altenberg (formerly of Babbo and The French Laundry) composes a menu that pairs artful cocktails with Japanese- and French-forward plates, while the house also presents a raw bar and notable French dishes such as steak frites.
