For over a decade Minas Brazilian Steakhouse has brought Southern Brazil’s churrasco to Calgary, where chefs grill premium cuts over open flames and carve them tableside in the rodizio tradition. Meats are seasoned with care and paired with self-serve hot, cold and sweet bars; highlights include petiscos, feijoada and an arrumadinho de alcatra, with caipirinhas.
