Tucked away behind a cafe, this need-to-know, speakeasy-like omakase kitchen seats only 14 guests and is headed up by the eponymous Michelin Star Chef Hiroki Odo, a Japanese-dining-scene legend in the city. Dinner takes the form of a 9 course kaiseki meal, with each dish (the selection leans in favour of seafood based) showcasing chef Odo’s complex skill and technique.
