Michael Mina has created a modern American steakhouse with Asian influence, presenting Prime Certified Angus, American Wagyu and Japanese A5 Wagyu alongside seafood and caviar. Signature dishes include wood‑fired, butter‑poached steaks, miso‑glazed sea bass, 'Instant Bacon' and truffle corn bread. Interiors evoke the Mojave desert in Las Vegas and a Grand Lanai in Waikiki.
