Sitting on Maui’s North Shore with direct views over Kū‘au Bay, Mama's Fish House its character from the Christensons’ years of travel through Polynesia. The cuisine is rooted in Pacific island flavors and in partnerships with local fishermen who bring Mahi‑mahi, Ono and Ahi – often from buoys some 30 miles offshore – to the kitchen each day, while nearby farmers supply seasonal produce.
