Chef Tyson Cole opened this outpost of his contemporary Japanese restaurant in Uptown Dallas. The menu features hot and cold specialties including sushi and sashimi using fish that is flown in daily from Tokyo. Be sure to save room for the famous fried milk dessert. The interior is sleek and modern with wood accents. Reservations are a highly suggested, although walk-ins are welcomed.
