Scarpetta
One of two Scott Conant run establishments at the Cosmopolitan resort, this stylish restaurant offers a modern interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine. The menu includes signature dishes found at other Scarpetta branches across the United States, such as Sicilian-spiced duck breast with preserved orange, root vegetables and caramelized endive. The expansive wine list has over 3,000 bottles - many visible in glass-fronted cabinets throughout the dining room.
