Cotogna

Cotogna, named for the quince, is chef Michael and Lindsay Tusk’s casual, convivial counterpart to Quince in San Francisco’s Jackson Square. The kitchen focuses on housemade pastas, grilled meats and seafood cooked in a wood‑burning oven. The menu changes daily with produce from Fresh Run, the restaurant’s West Marin farm, while the wine list champions small‑scale Italian growers.
