This Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant is founded on Eastern philosophies in cooking and presentation. A menu divided into two sections (single items and to share) has dishes such as steamed pork belly buns and capital oysters. An adventurous drinks menu contains a tailored five-drink omakase with inventive cocktails such as triptych; a medley of purple sweet potato, Armagnac, umeshu, sweet potato shochu and junmai sake.
