Quince is chef Michael Tusk's three-star Michelin restaurant in San Francisco, presenting contemporary Californian cuisine anchored by the Gastronomy Menu – a daily-changing eight- to ten-course tasting selection. In the Bolinas Bar a four-course California Coast & Valleys menu explores regional terroir. Ingredients are guided by seasons and sourced from the restaurant’s farm in Bolinas.
