Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den is a discreet mixology speakeasy concealed behind a shelving unit in the Fuhu Cha Chaan Teng stall within Resorts World Las Vegas’ Famous Foods Street Eats, its entry marked by a large golden lucky cat. The mixology program draws on Prohibition-era technique refracted through Singaporean flavors, producing composed drinks such as the Kiku—Ketel One grapefruit, rose botanical vodka, coconut rum, citrus and chrysanthemum with pink salt—and the Patriot, blended with small-batch bourbon, Pineau des Charentes, Benedictine and cherry-bark vanilla bitters.
