This outpost of the upscale Vancouver-based chain is located at the First Canadian Place tower in downtown Toronto. The menu offers globally inspired creative fare using local and sustainable ingredients. Dishes not to miss include the tuna tataki with yuzu vinaigrette and the butternut squash ravioli with prawns.
