This award-winning contemporary Japanese restaurant from creator and co-founder Rainer Becker, opened in early 2017 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The kitchen comprises three distinct stations – the main kitchen, a sushi counter and a robata grill –presenting izakaya-style dishes designed for sharing, with bold, intense flavors and restrained presentation that foregrounds quality ingredients.
