Meroma is a contemporary restaurant located in the heart of the Roma Norte neighborhood in Mexico City. Founded in 2016 by chefs Mercedes Bernal and Rodney Cusic, the restaurant is distinguished by its focus on local, seasonal ingredients and an architecture that integrates open spaces and greenery.
