The kitchen at 11 Woodfire centers around a hand-built wood-burning oven and a forged steel grill. Our cooking method uses fire, smoke, wood, and blended embers to create dishes that uniquely extract the natural flavors from our hand selected seafood, prime meats, grains, and vegetables. We have the privilege of special access to the best, globally sourced ingredients. We are committed to building strong relationships with a few select local farmers and artisans who practice responsible agriculture and production that align with our core philosophy.
