Restaurant Beatrice is a contemporary Cajun/Creole concept founded and led by Chef Michelle Carpenter. Named to honor her Mammaw, Beatrice, its mission is to celebrate the magic of Louisiana hospitality and gastronomy. It has earned a number of accolades including: Finalist for "Best New Restaurant" by the James Beard Awards in 2023 and "Restaurant of the Year" by Eater Dallas in 2022. With a dynamic, changing menu, Beatrice is consistently listed as one of Dallas' top restaurants.
