Opened in 2023 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Shota Omakase earned a Michelin star within its first year. Inspired by the manga Shōta no Sushi, Chef Cheng Lin crafts an ever-evolving Edomae omakase, honoring tradition, seasonality, and precision as a tribute to passion and mastery.
