Christian Petroni
Born and raised in the Bronx, Chef Christian Petroni is one of NYC's most prominent Italian-American chefs. Christian is the founder of the Italian restaurant Fortina, which had five NYC-area locations. He found stardom on the Food Network, where he's appeared on Guy's Grocery Games, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Beat Bobby Flay, and Chopped.
