Leo is a gastronomic concept offering immersive experiences in two unique settings: Leo and La Sala de Laura. Under the vision of chef Leonor Espinosa and sommelier Laura Hernández, it merges culinary philosophy and liquid offerings to create a sensory journey that redefines the narrative of Colombian gastronomy, celebrating its lush biodiversity. Its proposal, named CICLOBIOMA, is inspired by the interconnection between humans, cultural heritage, and the natural environment, honoring sustainability and local economies.
