Da Terra - JRE Restaurant
Da Terra is Rafael Cagali's two-Michelin-starred restaurant located in Bethnal Green's historic Town Hall Hotel, a building which originally dates back to 1910. Opened in January 2019, Da Terra - which translates to of the Earth - is an exploration of knowledge, originality and instinct, swayed by his Brazilian and Italian heritage and centred around the relationship between the soil, nature and people; our roots.
Da Terra is a member of the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs), an International association of young restaurateurs and chefs, whose aim is to share their talent and passion for food with like-minded individuals.
