The Sůl & řepa restaurant is a place where, under the direction of head chef Pavel Drdel and his team, gastronomy goes hand in hand with nature. The foundations of the kitchen do not begin at the stove, but with the local farmers in the fields. As such, each raw material is treasured all the more and effort is put into trying to creatively process it to the fullest.
