Jun's by Chef Kelvin Cheung
Award-winning Chef Kelvin, a Chinese-Canadian now based in Dubai, is a third-generation chef who draws inspiration from the North American-Asian food he grew up with, all served with a modern twist. As a chef and partner at Jun's, Chef Kelvin trained in France and executes his culinary visions with the freshest ingredients from local farms. In 2023 he was shortlisted in the Executive Chef category of the Caterer Middle East Awards. Aside from being a culinary master, he is also a wellness advocate and family man who dotes on his son, Bodhi.
