The Asturian sommelier Marcos Granda (owner of the two Michelin-starred restaurant Skina in Marbella), has set up in Madrid with this restaurant, where foodies can enjoy a cutting-edge Mediterranean cuisine made using premium quality ingredients, that has been awarded a Michelin star in its 2019 edition. Clos has a small bar area that leads into a large luminous dining room, with an open kitchen and glazed wine cellar. Every single detail is exquisite in terms of service and the wine cellar is made up of a selection of more than 300 wines from small producers. The name Clos is a French word for a high-quality wine estate surrounded by a wall.
