Le Douar
Le Douar opened its doors in December 2021 in Marrakech. The idea behind the restaurant was to promote ancestral know-how and regional recipes that were little-known or had fallen into disuse. So we embarked on a field research project during which we took the time to visit several douars to meet producers and seasoned cooks.
