Close to Plaza de Castilla, right by Paseo de la Castellana, you will find this restaurant that opened in November 2021 and which, since then (with the recommendation of chef Dabiz Muñoz) has enjoyed great success culminating with a Michelin star awarded in the 2023 Guide. It is headed up by chef Hugo Muñoz who, after his time at Carbón negro, Kabuki Wellington, Viridiana, KaButoKaji and Umo, among others, offers his unique vision of Japanese dishes, fused with Madrid and Spanish cuisine. The menu focuses above all on seasonal produce, so they regular change the dishes served. You can choose to eat a la carte or try an Omakase tasting menu curated by the chef according to your individual personal tastes. The food is complemented by a careful selection of wines.
