The La Finca by Alioli restaurant exists because a family of Romanians could not stay away from their native country. After spending 8 years in Spain, we came back to Bucharest to cook veritable Valenciano and Andalusian dishes.
Denia, the Spanish city with the most festive days, only a two-hour boat ride away from Ibiza, a tourist landmark year after year, has been our school and our playground.
