Not only do we offer probably the best pizza in Sibiu, carefully prepared in our traditional wood-fired oven, but we also feature a wide range of delicious and well-balanced dishes, elegantly served in our exquisite restaurant. The way our menu is complemented by our refined décor makes this an enchanting experience of the senses.
When we first started, we wished for our restaurant to be one of the best reasons to choose Hermanns Hotel Sibiu, especially because tasty food and great wine are the best way to better know a place, to make friends and to create pleasant memories.
The restaurant features 80 indoor seats and 60 outdoor ones, on the terrace, which is open during summertime.
