The Aubrey is an eccentric Japanese izakaya, characterized by three distinctive bar experiences, located in the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Their beverage program is based on Japanese distillates, particularly shochu and awamori. They focus on crafted cocktails, highballs and chuhais served alongside sushi and robata.
