Each space delivers a unique design, while carrying common themes throughout and preserving the building's 1929 origins. The entryway mosaic of 74Wythe pays homage to its history as a spice blending factory, formerly known as Superior Ingredients.
The expansive, redeveloped Rooftop offers west-facing waterfront and Manhattan skyline views from four distinct seating sections. The main roof deck is fully covered by a glass retractable canopy ensuring events will go on in all four seasons and regardless of weather.
