NeuerDings, formerly DingsDums, has set itself the task of showing the world how simple, beautiful and tasty it is to counteract the enormous waste of food: In workshops, surplus but qualitatively perfect goods from partners in the food retail and wholesale trade are used, which would otherwise be destroyed. Here, these ingredients are turned into handmade dumplings in a wide variety of shapes and colors with endless combinations of fillings that set new standards in terms of sustainability.
The concept not only includes the spontaneous creation of recipes using unpredictable ingredients but also provides useful tips and tricks for dealing with food as sustainably as possible, even at home.
