Chef Minh
Minh Phan is a Michelin-starred chef, 2022 James Beard Award nominee and owner of PHENAKITE, 2021 L.A Times' Restaurant of The Year. This year, Minh will serve as chef-in-residence at A Forest for the Trees. Minh strongly believes in establishing an anti-colonial culinary practice that empowers women and people of color, and prioritizes compensating all kitchen staff and producers fairly.
