tipBerlin Food Festival
The tipBerlin Food Festival takes place all over the capital and consists of three components: Dinners, Talks, Foodmarkets and Labs. With each feature, it gives you the opportunity to think about questions like: What do we want to eat? How do we want to live? Where does our food come from? How do we relate to those who make a living producing and processing our food?
The topic of sustainability and a consistently lived regionality as the "new proximity" - short distances and the close operational coupling of restaurateur, farmer and producer - are the thematic focus of the tipBerlin Food Festival.
