Odette
Chef-Owner Julien Royer, together with The Lo & Behold Group, opened Odette at the iconic National Gallery Singapore in November 2015. In 2019, it was awarded three-Michelin stars and ranked No. 18 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019. Odette was named Asia and Singapore's Best Restaurant for two years running in 2019 and 2020, and is currently recognised as No. 2 and Singapore's Best Restaurant on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2021.
