Andrea Vilas Boas
Graduated in graphic design and visual arts, Andrea found herself also in love with wine and gastronomy.
Her wide and diverse education has always added a curious perspective on her surroundings and its processes. One of these different universes was responsible for introducing Andrea to organic, natural and low intervention wines. Intrigued by the unique flavours and aromas and also by this new market´s sustainable and ethical production, she became a sommelière and founded the project Alaivinho - Vinhos Vivos. Restless, she also started to develop wine menus for several restaurants and chefs.
