Food & Wine Magazine named him the Best New Chef in America and San Pellegrino recognized him as a World's 50 Best Diners Discovery. His wife Soraya is a rockstar Pastry Chef and makes dazzling sweets at Madlab Creamery in the Design District. His next up and coming project is as the Culinary Director of the Concours Club with his own designed signature restaurant Verge, opening in Spring 2021.
