Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) è un'associazione di giovani chef presente in Europa dal 1974 con lo slogan "Never-ending passion”. JRE combina una cucina di altissimo livello con il coraggio di introdurre innovazioni nella tradizione culinaria di ogni Paese. Jeunes Restaurateurs ha ristoranti in 16 Paesi europei – 80 sono solo in Germania. Tra questi, alcuni gestiti da chef celebri anche in TV, come Alexander Herrmann e Cornelia Poletto.
