Positano
Positano takes the Italian aperitivo culture to NK, with a bar and meeting place for food, drink and socializing. On the menu you will find, among other things, simple pasta dishes, tasty salads, Italian cold cuts and cheeses, high quality coffee and cocktails that bring to mind the lemon-rich Amalfi coast.
The founders are Joel Söderbäck, Andreas Bergman and Robert Rudinski - the founders behind, among others, the acclaimed Södermalm-restaurant Tjoget. Joel and Andreas have been working and running restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Stockholm since the early 2000's. They have operated venues such as Spy Bar, Berns, Ljunggrens, Vassa Eggen, 7 På Sjöfart, Hotel Reisen, F/L Coctailbar and Marie Laveau, Linje Tio & Little Quarter. Through their vision, Joel and Andreas have won several awards, including DN Gulddraken, Whiteguide Best Bar for Little Quarter, Bartenders Choice Awards for F/L Cocktail Bar. They have also won Stockholm City Best Bar, Nöjesguiden Best Bar, Allt Om Stockholm Best Bar, as well as Oslo Bar Show for the Best Bar in the Nordics. Two years in a row they earned a spot on the prestigious World's 50 Best Bars in London for Linje Tio.
- We have always had a dream about an Italian bar and NK is the perfect place with a lot of people in motion. Positano is a natural meeting place where you either take something on the go or stop for hours and maybe do the most Swedish thing there is, drink cocktails the day before the sun goes down, says Joel Söderbäck.
