Anna started her cooking career as an intern at Djurgårsbrunn's Världshus and was hired soon after. She has worked at several fine dining restaurants in Spain, France and London, where she worked at the Conran restaurant Zinc Bar & Grill and at Oliver Payton's Isola. In 2018 she was one of the participants in the successful Swedish culinary show Kockarnas Kamp on Swedish national TV. Anna currently runs Broms Karlaplan and GLÖD at Djurgården where her strength is the flavors and creativity of her dishes, respecting classics while still giving them a modern touch.
