Through his career, Chef Matt Molina led the kitchens of LA's most celebrated restaurants and his travels served as inspiration for his menus. Matt Molina was the Executive Chef at legendary Campanile in Los Angeles where he met Nancy Silverton. He later joined her in opening many restaurants including opening Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza Singapore, Pizzeria Mozza Newport Beach, and Chi Spacca. In 2012, Molina won the James Beard award in the Best Chef: Pacific. He left Mozza a few years later to help open Everson Royce Bar in the Arts District of Los Angeles and in the summer of 2018, Molina and team opened the critically acclaimed HiPPO Restaurant.
