Ember is an American bistro focusing on classic and modern fare, wood-fired dishes, smoke-laden meats, pasta, and shareable sides. Chef Bradley Kilgore was born and raised in Kansas City. After moving to work and train in Denver, Italy, and Chicago, he has now planted his feet in Miami. In 2019, Kilgore became a five-time James Beard Award finalist. He wanted Ember to stand out for its intense tastes using spices and layering flavors, taking the melting pot that Miami is and using the entire world as his inspiration to make delicious and approachable food. Ember was labeled the "hot new Design District restaurant" by The Miami Herald.
