Focused Movement Academy evolved out of a growing need in the South Florida community to train Triathletes of all fitness levels in a well-rounded environment. They strive to provide top-notch coaching and programming to optimize training, whether the goal is to get stronger, faster, prepare for an upcoming race, lift heavier, be more flexible, or just get a great workout.
