The Yacht is a riverside restaurant offering elegant modern European cuisine in a unique nautical setting, with panoramic views of the river Thames & Southbank landmarks. Head Chef Dumitri Fercal heads up the brigade on board. He spent his early days as a chef training in Switzerland & Italy before moving to England where he has worked in Rosette awarded restaurants.
