Alte Brennerei Pullach

The Alte Brennerei Pullach in the south of Munich is synonymous for French cuisine and exquisite wines since 2018. French Head Chef Thierry Roussey was born in Cameroon and spent many years as a sommelier and "Maître d'hôtel" in various restaurants and top-class hotels in Cameroon, France and England before falling in love with the Alte Brennerei in the garden of Hotel Seitner Hof. Since then, he has wowed Munich with French culinary arts and joie de vivre – the Alte Brennerei not only serves exquisite dishes, but also offers selected French delicacies to enjoy at home.
