Jason Cool

Bartender / Cocktail Expert

Jason Cool has spent more than a decade in the restaurant industry and has become a local industry leader, specializing in both cocktails and wines. He has spent time in Boston working at well-known restaurant hot spots such as Citizen Public Oyster House and Franklin Cafe, where he honed his bartending skills. He previously worked as General Manager of Brick & Mortar and Central Kitchen in Cambridge, and later as Beverage Director at national hotel chain, Yotel. Jason has also worked as a Brand Advocate for beloved spirits brand, Mad River Distillery. He currently works behind the bar at Chickadee, 2019 James Beard Best New Restaurant Semifinalist and winner of many local Best Restaurant Awards.
