Challenge Madrid
Challenge Madrid holds another international triathlon in the city to visit the beautiful landscapes of the Community of Madrid, with a total course of 226 km and a final in the city centre, in the Puerta del Sol. The triathletes will face 3,800 metres swimming, 180 kilometres by bicycle and 42 kilometres running in five laps. The triathlon world has not to be missed date with the arrival of the Challenge Madrid Long Distance Triathlon, which comes to the city again, although on this occasion, it will be in an ironman or long distance format, with a total of 226 km individual competition divided into Elite category and other age groups in addition to prizes to the value of 40.000€. This event stands out for the beauty of its landscapes whilst the course tests participants to the limit, whereby they will be supported by over 300 volunteers and two hundred members of the public forces to ensure safety and the smooth running of one of the world's ten best competitions.
