Local, global, seasonal, whatever. Mix as you wish. Come as you are. Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman are known as two of Sweden's most talented and creative chefs. They were trained at Mathias Dahlgren Restaurant and are the chefs behind multiple successful restaurants in Stockholm. Adam Dahlberg represented Sweden at Bocuse d'Or 2013.
