Fazenda Culinária

Installed in a glazed hall at the tip of the nave of the Museum of Tomorrow, the work of the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava in Rio de Janeiro, Fazenda Culinária restaurant has a simple and authentic menu of "comfort food", with Brazilian dishes prepared with the culinary techniques French and fresh ingredients that celebrate the country's biodiversity. In addition to the breathtaking view of the museum's mirror, sculptured by Frank Stella, and Guanabara Bay, the space was decorated by Bel Lobo with light wooden tables and scattered jabuticabairas.
