Chef Manuelle Ferraz from A Baianeira Featured at the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand São Paulo 2019 with her restaurant, A Baianeira, the Chef focuses her cuisine with a very Brazilian flavor mixing ingredients from Minas with a touch of Bahia. Despite her homemade approach, Manu holds a degree in gastronomy from Senac and lived in New York. The Chef will be working at the MASP Restaurant, in São Paulo, in the second semester. Farol Santander Farol Santander recovered one of the main symbols of São Paulo: the building Altino Arantes, in the center of the city. After a long period of renovation, the old Banespa building was renamed Farol Santander and offers several attractions to the public, with a highlight to its lookout. It has also become a venue for cultural events.
